Things You Should Know
Whichever package you select (Limited, Limited Plus or Premium Full Bar), a good rule of thumb based on your group size is one beverage per person per hour. That being said, the pricing for any of the three packages will be virtually identical.
Example: an event for 100 people × 3 hours = 300 total beverages.
- Limited Bar: 150 wine + 150 beers
- Limited Plus: 100 wine + 100 beer + 100 margaritas
- Premium Full: 75 wine + 75 beer + 75 margaritas + 75 mixed drinks
To recap, the only difference between these three packages is that you are simply giving your guests more choices.

Professional Bartenders is a full service beverage catering company, which means we own all of our own portable bars and bar rental equipment: portable bars, banquet tables, table linens, beverage tubs, ice chests, and bar utensils.
Licensed
#10 Beer & Wine Store License
We are now the proud holder of a #10 Beer & Wine Store License, which allows us to purchase directly from local distributors, breweries, and wineries at wholesale pricing that we are happy to pass on to our valued customers.
This license allows us to be in full compliance with all Arizona State liquor laws in an ever-changing industry.
