How far in advance should I book bartending services?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for weddings and large events, and at least 4-6 weeks for smaller gatherings. Peak season in Tucson (October through May) fills up quickly, so earlier is always better. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows — don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is soon.
Do you provide the alcohol, or do we purchase it?
We offer both options to give you maximum flexibility. You can purchase your own alcohol (which can be more cost-effective for larger events) and we provide everything else — mixers, garnishes, ice, equipment, and expert bartending. Alternatively, we can handle complete beverage procurement and management for a truly turnkey experience. We’ll help you determine which approach works best for your budget and event size.
What is included in your bartending service?
Our standard service includes professional TIPS-certified bartenders, complete bar setup and breakdown, all mixing equipment and bar tools, ice, standard mixers and garnishes, napkins, and straws. We also include a pre-event consultation, custom menu design, and coordination with your other vendors. Glassware, specialty ingredients, and mobile bar units are available as add-on options.
How many bartenders do I need for my event?
The standard ratio is one bartender per 50 guests for a full bar service, or one per 75 for beer and wine only. For events with specialty cocktails or high-end service expectations, we recommend one bartender per 35 guests. We also add barbacks (bar assistants) for events over 100 guests to ensure smooth operations. During your consultation, we’ll recommend the exact staffing level for your specific event.
